"I just wanted let you know what a great time and experience it has been for me since the first time I came into contact with the first person at Glendale Harley! EVERYONE that I spoke to made me feel like and old friend, and I came back the next day and was greeted by name. I could not believe it! My name is Geeb and Levi was the sales guy that helped me out. I bought the bike the next day. Karri was very helpful as well even though I got a little pissy because I was exhausted she kept on smiling with customer service that was WAY above any I've seen in years. Each and every employee that I came into contact with treated me the same and you just don't see that unfortunatley much at all these days. No wonder you guys are packed on Saturday. I was there today with a buddy buying a tire and just hangin' out was awesome. Please keep it up. All you guys rock!"

"I would just like to say thank you to Tom Castro. We were riding back from Laughlin this weekend and my throttle cable broke on my '05 Road King. I didn't have a clue as how to repair this bike. Our trip to and from Laughlin was a big disaster. We were headed back home when the cable broke. Tom came to see what the problem was. Well, to say the least, Tom stood there and fixed it for me. I don't know what we would have done if it wasn't for Tom. You guys have a great man working for you; his name on the card was Tom Castro. I don't know when but I hope I can return the favor. I offered to pay him for his time but he refused any compensation but he did offer his friendship. Take care and I thank you for being there for me."

After having a rear tire go flat on the freeway, one call to to Alex, and he had a truck out to pick up my Ultra in less then an hour. "I have a 2008 Screaming Eagle 110 pipes and tuner I was having high gear pre-ignition ping fifth and sixth. I had talked with another service tech at another store and he wasn't sure of the problem. I talked to Alex Lopez and he said to change spark plugs and do my service, and voila. Alex Lopez a great friendly knowledgeable guy, GH Service Department."

"I just wanted to take the time to express my sincere thanks for what all your guys in service did for my dad Sunday morning at the Love Ride. He and I had ridden out from Riverside to participate in the event, and on the way he began having electrical problems with his Ultra. Lucky for us, the guys at Glendale Harley-Davidson® were working (on a freak'n Sunday!). No sooner had we gotten the bike into the shop then there were three mechanics wrenchin' on it. Everyone in the shop was very cool to us and eager to do anything they could. The problem ended up being the stater and within about an hour or so, they had a new one in and we were on our way! I grew up around Harleys and bikers in general. I am proud to know that the way bikers take care of each other has not changed. Thank you again for everything your guys did!
